The opportunity to join us as an Graduate Business Analyst (Multi-Asset Solutions) is one that is unique, challenging and rewarding. We are currently looking for world-class talent to join our Asia Pacific Graduate Development Programme, based in Taipei.
職缺需求:
We are looking for motivated candidates who have:
• Excellent academic background in an appropriate concentration
• Masters Degree holder in Finance & Statistics or with interests in the financial/investment field is preferred
• Strong programming skills, specifically using Matlab/Excel VBA is a MUST
• Strong analytical skills
• Extensive experiences in using Word, PowerPoint
• Ability to comfortably work with structured and unstructured datasets
• Excellent communication skills and an international mindset preferably with some educational experience overseas
• A curious mindset and ability to bring new perspectives
• Mature, energetic, self-motivated and passionate to be an investment professional as a career

Graduate Development Programme Summary

During the two years on the programme, our graduates rotate across the business. There would be four rotations, each placement lasting six months. This gives graduates the opportunity to develop a sound understanding of the function of each department and to add significant value to the team. The rotational structure of the programme allows graduates to gain a well-rounded view of the asset management industry. Graduates have the chance to start their career in a highly supportive team environment, whilst gaining skills and experience. You will have the opportunity to build a network with other graduates, colleagues and gain exposure to senior stakeholders across the business. You will have access to a wide range of trainings and a structured development programme including support through further qualifications.
